Testing Capabilities

BPO has some of the most advanced testing and characterization equipment available today.  Our optics lab includes an interferometer capable of performing automatic data reduction of fringes to measure wavefront and flatness, and can be used to measure parallelism.  Our X-ray equipment can measure crystallographic axis to within one minute.

The ultrasonic lab is equipped with network analyzers and other test equipment that will measure numerous properties of our piezoelectric materials and components.
